Ezzree collects the following non-personal information about its Website visitors on an aggregated basis
If a Uzer needs to cancel an appointment that is pre-booked within or beyond twenty-four hours of a session’s scheduled time, the Company will fully refund such Uzer for any payment of that appointment so long as the Uzer notifies the Company through the website within 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. If the Company cancels an appointment with a Uzer in advance of such appointment, the Uzer will receive a full refund.
The Website will generate a request to the Ezzree Guides to cover for any cancellation by an originally scheduled Ezzree Guide. The newly assigned Ezzree Guide will receive an email confirming the appointment and the Ezzree Guide will confirm availability.
