Technical Services
Technical Services (techservices@ezzree.com) are available when Members and Spiritual Care Counselors need assistance with trouble-shooting any technical issues while using ezzree.com. If any technical issues arise related to Zoom and getting into the session, please consult zoom tips.
Customer Service
Members should contact Customer Service (customerservice@ezzree.com) when they have questions that are not technical in nature or relates to use of the website, such as information about the services, issues related to Spiritual Care Counselors, issues related to refunds and packages.
Guide Services
Guide Services (guideservices@ezzree.com) are available when Spiritual Care Counselors have questions related to the Spiritual Care Counselor’s application or any issue related to the services they provide through ezzree.com.

Nita comes to Ezzree with a commitment to patient-centered decision-making, consisting of clearly articulated patient goals of care; two-way communication between patient/family and clinical team; and a focus on mediative problem-solving. She brings a high level of skill and experience in mediation, counseling, and bereavement support, supported by her MA in Bioethics, Certification as a Grief Counselor, and her experience in hospital bioethics committees.
