What is Ezzree Service?

Our trained practitioners help you navigate through life’s challenges to guide you to a better place through our unique, multi-disciplinary approaches.


How will Ezzree help me?

Ezzree Guides are trained practitioners who will help you make meaning out of and navigate through your life’s experiences. Ezzree is therapeutic but not therapy.


Can I pick my Ezzree Guide?

You will be able to select and schedule with a particular Ezzree Guide if that Ezzree Guide is available. All of our Ezzree Guides are trained and have the skills to provide you with the high quality of service you deserve.


How do I communicate with my Ezzree Guide?

You will communicate through a HIPAA compliant, secured video conferencing technology or live chat.


Is there Live Chat?

No. Ezzree does not offer live chat at this time.


What should I do if I run into technical difficulties?

Contact technical support at email customerservices@ezzree.com or call (707) 267-7520. Our technical support is available Monday – Friday 8 am to 8 pm (Pacific time).


Is this service covered by insurance?

Currently the services are not directly covered by insurance.


How is my privacy protected and my information remains confidential?

Ezzree is a HIPAA compliant website. For further information see our Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions.


Can I be anonymous?

When you sign up we do require your full name for billing purposes. You will be asked to pick any “member name” which we will use to identify you in the system. When you decide to start the counseling process, we will ask you for emergency contact information which is kept safe in the system so it can be used if your counselor believes that you or someone else might be in danger.

Cancellation Policies

Member Club Cancellation Policy:

If a Member needs to cancel an appointment that is pre-booked within or beyond twenty-four hours of a session’s scheduled time, the Company will fully refund such Member for any payment of that appointment so long as the Member notifies the Company through the website within twenty-four hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. If the Company cancels an appointment with a Member in advance of such appointment, the Member will receive an email notification of such cancellation and receive a full refund. Such Member will be encouraged in the email to sign up for another session.


Notification to Member About Club Cancellation:

If there are less than three Members who have paid for a particular Club within an hour before the start time of such Club, then such Club shall be cancelled. Such Member will be receive an email notification of such cancellation and receive a full refund.


Member One-on-One Session Cancellation Policy:
